Lake Front Large 4 bedroom 2 bathroom open concept bungalow with 3 Large decks on a Quiet, large water front lot with a Privet Beach and Dock and a Bonfire Pit 3 ft from the Lake that allow backs onto a 6 acre Very Quiet Privet Park. The Park has a boat lunch, Beach Volleyball Court, Basketball court, and Playground and horse shoe pits.  The House has a large kitchen and dining room and a very large sunk in Living room with a fire place and cathedral ceilings. There is two large fridges, microwave, stove with oven, toaster and toaster oven, kettle, flat griddle for bacon, eggs, pancakes and a BBQ on the front deck.  There is  a large selection of cookware, utensil's and dishes.  There is 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Double beds, and a Single bed, as well as two very comfortable couches for sleeping on and extra air mattresses if needed.  Includes Satellite TV, DVD Player, phone service, full hydro, as well it is Air Conditioned / Heated. There is also a bonfire pit right at the lake As well as a 60 ft long dock for fishing or your water toys.  Boat launch in park right beside the property.  There is a big Beautiful Quiet Privet Park that backs onto the Cabin lot that has a  Playground perfect for small children, Basketball net, Beach Volleyball court, two sets of Horse Shoe pits and plenty of room to play soccer or Baseball on it.  We give you access to a Kayak, a Canoe, as well as a washer and dryer.

Wolf Run Golf course with a Club House Restaurant open every day for Breakfast, lunch and dinner is less than 2 miles away.

Two convent stores with take out, movie rentals and groceries within a 5 min drive. One of them has Wine, Liquor and Beer. 

Great Blue Huron Casino and the town or Port Perry only 20 min drive.  Port Perry has many Special Boutiques that’s attracting shoppers from a great distance. 

Lindsay is also 20 min drive with a Go Cart track, Mini Golfing Batting Cage, Bowling Shopping Center, movie theatre as well as an old Fashion 2 screen Drive in Theatre.
